The TCSOA organized Texas Wildfires Benefit Show was a big success thanks to Baby Acapulco's (Baby A's) Restaurant.  The Benefit Show raised $7,400 for wildfire victims of the Travis County Sheriff's Office.  The Benefit was held on Saturday, October 2nd at the Stonelake Blvd. location.  Along with Baby A's, there were two bands donating their performances for the evening.  At 5 pm, the Tumbling Dice Band belted out classic rock n roll tunes until 6:30 pm.  Then at 8 pm, Joseph Monyer and the TexazTango Band performed great country music with some rousing tejano tunes mixed in as well until 10 pm.  Baby A's donated ALL PROCEED FROM SALES that evening to the Sheriff's Memorial Benevolent Society for distribution to the TCSO wildfire victims.  Special thanks went to Clarita Sanchez and Eve Martinez (General Managers of Baby Acapulco Restaurants), Travis County Sheriff's Officers Asociation, Bob Cole / KVET Radio, Sheriff's Memorial Benevolent Society, Bob Pickett / KASE Radio, Amanda Ball / Austin American-Statesman Newspaper.

Any TCSO employee in need of financial assistance for any wildfire related issue may contact Tim Kinsley (TCSOA) or Roger Wade (SMBS)

Special Thanks to TCSOA Place 1 Tim Kinsely and TCSOA Member CPO Phillip Vidouria for organizing and overseeing this event.
