This program is designed to assist members who are suspended from duty without pay. The program will reimburse $100.00 a day for up to 5 days. In order to receive the benefit, download and complete the attached application. Fax the completed application along with the order of suspension to Joyce Lopez 210.826.2299. You may also scan and email the documents to joyce.
