I started with Travis County in May of 2009 as a Security Coordinator in the Central Booking Facility. In October of 2010, I promoted to Correctional Officer and transferred to Building One. While at Building One I began my first stint as an FTO. During this time, I realized that I wanted something more challenging so I applied for Prisoner Transportation position. In July 2014 I transferred to Prisoner Transport and in July of 2017 I became an FTO. I have been a member of TCSOA and CLEAT since 2010. In 2018, I was invited by our current PAC Chair to a membership meeting and became the PAC Treasure. As the PAC Treasure I ensure that we stay complaint with all state regulations and manage all incoming and outgoing member funds. As a member of the PAC the most important and enjoyable part is ensuring that all member initiatives are met. When not working or handling TCSOA duties I enjoy spending time doing my favorite activities absorbing and entangling myself in any and all Football and house cleaning related activities.
